Conference: Fungal conservation in Europe

In April, I spent the week in Uppsala learning more about fungal conservation. Really great organization, excursions, spring weather, beautiful fungi and fun times with friendly mycologists, both new encounters and familiar faces.

There is still a lot of work to be done to make people consider the importance of preserving fungal biodiversity, but it is clear that there is a whole strong and driven community capable of making it happen!
